The hotel construction pipeline in Latin America saw impressive growth in Q4 2024, reaching a total of 685 projects and 110,033 rooms.
The hotel, formerly branded as the ‘Crowne Plaza Felbridge’, has been sold on behalf of MCAP Global Finance (UK).
The new member hotels is anticipated to strengthen the chain’s global portfolio.
The purchase includes the ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza in Tokyo and Chisun Budget Kanazawa Ekimae in Kanazawa.
Vikas Chaudhary has been appointed as general manager of Debu’s The Fern Resort & Spa, Jim Corbett.
The Ginori Terrace offers Italian-inspired dishes, including St Regis’ signature Afternoon Tea.
The property will be situated opposite the New Orleans Ernest N Morial Convention Center.
