Global operators report that US hotel demand has cooled, pointing to weaker RevPAR in price-sensitive tiers and patchy midweek corporate travel.
The merger aligns with RAK Vision 2030, which aims to reach a total of almost 20,000 hotel rooms.
Located in Dominican Republic, the hotel will offer 400 rooms and accommodate leisure and MICE tourists.
