Cloudbeds-Sadie voice integration automates guest calls and reservations

Sadie has announced the launch of its integration with the Cloudbeds platform to automate guest calls and reservation management for hotels with Voice AI.

This collaboration enables hotels powered by Cloudbeds to use Sadie as an intelligent voice agent, providing instant responses to guest calls, rates in real time, availability, and direct reservation management within the platform.

With this integration, Sadie operates as an always-on extension of the front desk, ensuring that guest calls are answered promptly at any time of day.

The AI agent is capable of sharing rates along with availability, creating and modifying reservations, assisting with room lockouts overnight, and handling service requests.

Sadie also supports multiple languages, offering immediate assistance to both guests and hotel staff.

It manages after-hours and high-volume calls, helps reduce the workload on front-desk teams and ensures that hotels do not miss potential bookings.

Sadie's partnerships vice-president Gabriel Menis said: "Hotels today are expected to deliver fast, personalised service at every touchpoint, but teams are stretched thinner than ever.

"By combining Sadie's AI voice agent with the strength of Cloudbeds' unified platform, properties can ensure every call is answered instantly, every booking opportunity is captured, and staff are freed to be present where they're needed most, with guests on property.”

The integration connects to Cloudbeds’ real-time data directly, allowing Sadie to deliver a personalised guest experience that reflects each property’s brand from the initial call.

Sadie and Cloudbeds jointly aim to elevate hotel service standards by eliminating missed calls and hold times, increasing direct bookings, and freeing up staff to focus on in-person guest interactions.

The Cloudbeds platform is further enhanced with Signals, a hospitality AI model designed to help hoteliers anticipate demand, optimise operations, and create personalised and profitable guest journeys at scale.

Recently, Cloudbeds has partnered with Spanish travel technology platform Jumbonline to enhance global distribution options for hotels.
