Cloudbeds, Traversing.ai partner to enhance guest engagement

The integration combines AI-based voice, messaging, and review automation features into a single communication layer.

Cloudbeds has reached a new partnership with hospitality technology provider Traversing.ai, making AI-driven communication and review management tools available to hotels across its platform.

The integration brings Traversing.ai’s Review Management Suite, AI Contact Centre and Conversational Distribution Engine into the Cloudbeds system, enabling hotels to handle voice calls, chat, messaging, and online reviews through a single layer.

The collaboration allows hoteliers to streamline guest communications by reducing response times across multiple digital and voice channels.

The unified system also supports an increase in direct bookings and enables automated upselling through AI-generated recommendations, stated the companies.

It also aims to help hotels manage their online reputation by centralising review activities from various platforms and providing tools to raise response rates to guest feedback.

Cloudbeds customers worldwide can now access the new features.

Hotels using Cloudbeds can automate responses to guest inquiries, coordinate reviews in one location, and support direct booking processes through the integrated services from Traversing.ai.

Cloudbeds Partnerships VP Sebastien Leitner said: “Seamless communication is now a core driver of hotel performance. The company offers tools which allows hospitality teams to manage guest communications through automated systems.
