Indian hotel chain Lemon Tree Hotels has signed its second property in Udaipur, Rajasthan, under the Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brand.

The new Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur will feature 48 rooms, meeting rooms, a fitness centre, banquet facilities, a bar, a restaurant and a banquet hall, as well as other public areas.

Expected to become operational by the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, the property is also well connected by public and private transport from all key cities of the country.

It is approximately 15km from the Udaipur Airport, 3km from the railway station and 9km away from the Fateh Sagar Lake.

Lemon Tree Hotels’ management arm and wholly owned subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited, will be responsible for managing the new Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Udaipur.

Recently, Lemon Tree Hotels launched its second hotel in Himachal Pradesh under its brand name, Lemon Tree Hotel.

Located 11km from the main town of Manali, the new franchised property comprises 34 rooms and many facilities including a fitness centre, a bar and a restaurant.
