The Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa has partnered with AI-powered recommendation software provider Preferabli to enhance guest services.
Guests at the US-based hotel can now access personalised itinerary planning and taste-based recommendations through the new partnership.
The collaboration introduces the Tastefuli app by Preferabli to support guests in discovering wines, spirits and foods aligned with their individual preferences during their stay.
The hotel has integrated Preferabli’s patented Sensorial AI system to offer tailored suggestions for wine, spirits and food pairings.
This technology is now incorporated into both the concierge services and food and beverage operations on the property.

Preferabli specialises in B2B2C [business-to-business-to-consumer] experience and product recommendation software for the hospitality sector, applying proprietary algorithms supported by extensive industry data.
The partnership represents the first use of Preferabli’s advanced software within a Napa Valley destination hotel.
Guests can book experiences that align with local hospitality offerings, including tastings and other activities across Napa Valley.
The new system uses Preferabli's data algorithms to deliver recommendations based on each user’s unique tastes.
