Sangoma Technologies has announced a strategic partnership with VTech Hospitality to deliver a seamless integrated guest experience solution for hotels and resorts.
This collaboration enhances Sangoma's unified communications (UC) platform, making it compatible with VTech's hospitality phones.
The bundled solution aims to improve hotel communications, guest experiences, and technology management from the front desk to guest rooms.

Sangoma’s UC platform integrated with VTech’s hospitality phones will enable staff to manage wake-up calls, voicemail, room status updates, and internal messaging.

The collaboration will ensure that VTech’s hospitality phones are ready to work with Sangoma’s UC platform, facilitating quick and easy setup.
Site survivability will feature communication during outages, while functionalities such as voicemail to email, call routing, and auto attendants will enhance the guest service.
The integrated hospitality communication solution is now accessible throughout North America via the partner networks of both companies.
