Hard Rock Hotels has signed a new agreement with Dora Hotel Company and The Cribbage Group for a new hotel in London, Ontario.
The agreement is in line with Hard Rock Hotels’ North American portfolio expansion.

It will see the transformation of the historic site of the former Kellogg’s Canada Factory into a new 353-room hotel.
Hard Rock Hotel London, Ontario will be located at 100 Kellogg Lane. Construction on the project is planned to be completed in two phases.
The initial 163-room part of the project is scheduled to be opened in late 2022 and the final site completion is expected in 2025.

The property will be the future home of London Children’s Museum, the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame, including an over 20,000ft2 of trampoline park at ‘The Factory’.
It will also house Powerhouse Brewery, Paradigm Spirits Co., The Canteen and The Club House for food and beverage offerings.
In addition, the new hotel will feature Hard Rock’s signature amenities including The Sound of Your Stay programme, Body Rock Fitness, and The Rock Spa.
