Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 5.07% share in September 2021, recording a decrease of 0.54% over the last three-month average share.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 169.23% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s travel & tourism industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
Europcar Mobility Group posted 20 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 300% over the previous month, followed by Expedia Group with 9 jobs and a flat growth. TripAdvisor with 3 IT jobs and Club Med with 2 jobs, recorded a 50% decline and a flat growth, respectively, while AccorHotels recorded a decline of 50% with 1 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.42%, up by 136.36% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.79% share, registered an increase of 100% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.79% share, up 50% over August 2021.
