Out of the travel & tourism industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 5.1% share in October 2021, recording an increase of 0.06% over the last three-month average share.

2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed an 18.64% share, an increase of 57.14% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 124% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s travel & tourism industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Europcar Mobility Group posted 32 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 60% over the previous month, followed by TripAdvisor with 10 jobs and a 233.33% growth. Accor with 8 IT jobs and XPO Logistics with 4 jobs, recorded a 700% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Pierre & Vacances recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.02%, up by 28.57% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 25.42% share, registered an increase of 114.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.86% share, flat growth over September 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.69%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
