US hotel management firm Interstate Hotels & Resorts has acquired the Crowne Plaza Tampa East in Florida, US, through a joint venture with Waramaug Hospitality and a private investment group.
Interstate has taken over the management of the 265-room hotel, which will undergo an $8.5m renovation.
