Delta Hotels and Resorts will open the Delta Saguenay Hotel and Conference Centre in Quebec, Canada, in the second quarter of 2012.
The 155-room property will undergo renovation to become Saguenay’s first four-star upscale property and will be franchised under the Delta brand.
The hotel will offer 22,000ft² of refurbished conference space featuring 17 meeting rooms and an 11,660ft² ballroom.
The hotel is currently branded by Intercontinental Hotel Group under the Holiday Inn brand, and is owned and managed by Vista Hospitality Group subsidiary Saguenay Limited Partnership.
