With more than six million accommodation options and 450 million property images, Agoda seeks to enhance the quality of its listings.
The tool will detect low-resolution images, enhance their quality, eliminate duplicates, refine image tags and then rank them as per clarity and relevance.
The company stated that this process will provide authenticity and an accurate representation of properties.
Through Agoda, travellers will be able to have access to more than six million vacation properties, 130,000 flight routes and 300,000 activities.

By GlobalDataPreliminary findings suggest positive results as travellers are engaging more with listings by viewing additional photos and checking room details after their interaction with enhanced visuals.
Agoda chief technology officer Idan Zalzberg stated: “A good picture can say more than a thousand words. Photos are essential to building trust when booking travel.
“With millions of images from different sources, we built a smart tool to classify, rank, and deliver the most relevant visuals, fast and at scale. This gives travellers a clearer, more informative, and true-to-life view of where they might stay, helping them book with confidence.”
Recently, Agoda introduced the Property Ask Me Anything (AMA) Bot, an AI-driven chatbot designed to offer instant answers to travellers’ questions about hotels.
