Ascott is set to open Sky Vista, the newest resort tower in Vietnam, which represents the second and final phase of Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son by The Unlimited Collection, on 24 April 2026.
The 190-room resort complements the pre-existing Ocean Vista wing, which began operating in mid-2025 with 68 hotel rooms and 20 private villas.

It will cater to a variety of guests, including families, couples and corporate groups.
Accommodation in Sky Vista is available in two categories: grand deluxe rooms ranging from 24m² to 29m² and executive suites between 39m² and 52m².
All rooms are equipped with private balconies offering views of either the sea or the city.
Sky Vista features a jjimjilbang, a traditional Korean bathhouse and spa facility, a four-season swimming pool, several dining facilities, and meeting spaces.
Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son general manager Remco Christiaan Vaatstra said: “Together, Ocean Vista and Sky Vista form a resort where every guest – whether a family, a couple or a corporate group – finds something genuinely crafted for them.”
Ascott manages the resort, which is situated where the Ma River meets Sam Son Beach.
The completion of Sky Vista finalises the vision for Lasong Hotel & Villas Sam Son as a comprehensive hospitality destination on the northern Vietnamese coastline.
In August 2025, Ascott signed Citadines Udupi, a 104-key serviced residence in Karnataka, India, marking its fourth property in the state.
