The property is designed to accommodate extended stays, offering studio suites equipped with kitchens.

3H Group and LBA Hospitality partnership marks the third Hyatt Studios location developed and managed collaboratively by 3H Group and LBA Hospitality, following previous openings in Huntsville and Mobile / Tillmans Corner.

LBA Hospitality president Beau Benton said: “Jacksonville continues to be an important and growing market, and we’re proud to open another Hyatt Studios property in a location that naturally supports a wide range of travel needs.

“This hotel reflects the strength of our partnership with 3H Group and our shared focus on delivering well-positioned, high-quality hotels that meet the needs of today’s traveller.”

Both companies will continue to work alongside Hyatt in expanding the Studios brand, supporting the rollout of new locations and strengthening their existing collaboration in the extended-stay market.

In October 2025, Hyatt Hotels and China’s Homeinns Hotel Group signed a master franchise deal to introduce Hyatt Studios, an upper-midscale extended-stay brand, to the Chinese market.
