Hilton has signed a new 251-room hotel, Hilton Adelaide East End, expanding its presence in South Australia.
Scheduled to open in 2031, the property has been developed under a franchise agreement with Auriga Investments and will be operated by Trilogy Hotels.

The 27-storey facility will be part of Arcadia, a mixed-use project positioned to incorporate various commercial and hospitality offerings.
The site sits one kilometre from Rundle Mall and the East End, providing access to a range of surrounding dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions, and is approximately 700m from tram services.
Hilton Australasia development director Tushar Raniga said: “The return of Hilton to Adelaide is both a symbolic and strategic milestone. This project allows us to reintroduce Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a modern, design-led flagship aligned with Adelaide’s growth and evolving skyline.
“Auriga’s vision and the site’s exceptional location make this an ideal opportunity to re-establish Hilton’s presence in South Australia in partnership with Trilogy Hotels.”
Hilton Adelaide East End will offer guest rooms of varying sizes, a recreation deck, different food and beverage outlets, and 303m² of meeting space. Facilities will include a swimming pool and fitness centre.

Upon opening, Hilton Adelaide East End will join the Hilton Honors loyalty programme. Members who choose to book directly will continue to access programme privileges available worldwide.
At the start of May, Hilton announced the rebranding of Hotel Gajoen in Meguro, Tokyo, Japan, with the property set to reopen as Gajoen Tokyo, LXR Hotels & Resorts in 2027.
