Minor Hotels has unveiled plans to launch its first NH Hotels & Resorts property in Saudi Arabia with the opening of the NH Riyadh Prime Square Hotel in 2030.
The move will also introduce the Minor Hotels’ upscale brand to the Middle East.

The hotel is being developed in collaboration with Heyazah Real Estate Development, forming part of Prime Square, a mixed-use scheme in Riyadh’s King Fahad District on King Abdullah Road.
Heyazah Real Estate Development CEO Adel Ahmed Al-Saif said: “We are proud to partner with Minor Hotels to introduce NH Hotels & Resorts to Saudi Arabia through Prime Square.”
The NH Riyadh Prime Square Hotel will have 121 rooms and suites, comprising 80 king rooms, 25 deluxe king rooms and 16 NH suites.
Guest facilities are set to include an all-day dining restaurant, a business centre, a fitness centre, meeting spaces, a rooftop pool bar and lounge, a speciality restaurant and a swimming pool.

Minor Hotels currently has more than 640 properties in operation and under development across 66 countries in Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Americas.
Last month, Minor Hotels opened the Porta Rossa Hotel Firenze in Italy under its new Colbert Collection brand.
