Hospitality management company Crestline Hotels & Resorts has completed renovation work at the Courtyard by Marriott Carolina Beach Oceanfront in North Carolina, US.

According to the company, the “extensive renovation” included an updated front desk, a refreshed lobby and living area, and new seating layouts.

The lobby now includes conversational seating arranged around 65in TVs. The hotel has also added booth seating with 32in TVs for guests seeking more privacy or workspace.

New furnishings, artwork, flooring, wall coverings and a Print Station were also installed as part of the renovation.

The Courtyard by Marriott Carolina Beach Oceanfront features 144 guest rooms and suites.

According to Crestline, each guest room has been upgraded with new sofas and chairs, lighting, artwork, carpeting and wall coverings.

Closets were reconfigured for easier access, while bathrooms were modernised with new lighting and fixtures.

The hotel has also introduced new balcony furnishings, with ocean views available from every guest room.

Additionally, the property’s event space and fitness centre received updates as part of the refurbishment programme.

Founded in 2000, Crestline Hotels & Resorts manages 110 hotels, resorts and conference centres across 23 states and the District of Columbia. These includes independent hotels and branded properties under Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Choice.

Earlier this year, Crestline assumed management of Hotel Spero Vignette Collection, an IHG Hotel, at Union Square in San Francisco, California.
