Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is set to expand its footprint in South Carolina, US, with a new 227-unit oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach.
The Ocean Reserve, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club will be HGV’s fourth property in Myrtle Beach and its eighth in the state.

Ocean Reserve is being built next to Ocean 22, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, at 23rd Avenue North and North Ocean Boulevard.
The resort will have 227 one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, as well as presidential suites, all equipped with full kitchens.
Planned facilities at the location include a bar, deli, fitness centre, indoor pool, and multi-purpose activity area.
Guests and members at Ocean Reserve and Ocean 22 will be able to use amenities across both properties.
Occupancy at the new property is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2028.

The development is HGV’s sixth project with South Carolina-based Strand Capital Group.
