Azizi Group company Azizi Hospitality has initiated work on a five-star hotel at Azizi Riviera in Meydan in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The property will include accommodation, dining, wellness, leisure and family facilities.

According to a Zawya report, the hotel is on track to open in mid-2028.
The project forms part of Azizi Hospitality’s planned expansion in the UAE.
Overall, the company plans to invest Dh75bn ($20.4bn) in 151 hotels nationwide, with most of the developments located in Dubai.
Its proposed portfolio is set to include around 60,000 room keys and generate more than 75,000 jobs, according to the report.
Excavation and foundation works are currently underway at the Azizi Riviera site.
Subsequent stages will include the main structural works, façade installation and interior fit-out.
Once opened, the hotel will become part of Azizi Hospitality’s portfolio of four-star, five-star and seven-star developments.
Azizi Group CEO Farhad Azizi was quoted by Zawya as saying: “Great hospitality isn’t measured in room counts. It’s measured in whether people leave wanting to return.
“Everything we build is designed around that test, down to the details most guests feel but never notice: how a space flows, how light falls, how it makes you feel the moment you walk in.
“It’s the same standard we intend to bring to every property we build, each with a character of its own, each adding to Dubai’s standing as one of the world’s leading destinations.”
