The expansion of the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh in Saudi Arabia has begun, according to Kingdom Holding Company, the hotel’s owner.
The property’s 48th floor will be converted into two floors, with 44 premium guestrooms and suites, a check-in desk and a concierge.
According to the group, the expansion involves a panoramic lift, a 90m2 executive lounge and a unique butler service.
The 50th floor of the property will be a duplex area covering 330m2 and housing a 90m2 ladies gym and the hotel’s new ‘signature’ Kingdom Suite.
The hotel currently offers 249 guestrooms and 32 suites.
