Noble Investment Group has announced the completion of renovation of the Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown in the US.
The 175-room, all-suite hotel is located in the 5th Street Arcade on Prospect Avenue, in 16 million square feet of office space and across from the NuCLEus development.

The Residence Inn by Marriott Cleveland Downtown offers spacious suites with stylish decor, modern kitchens and wi-fi throughout the hotel.
Amenities include more than 3,000ft² of flexible, high-tech meeting / function space, a fully-equipped business centre and fitness centre.
In addition, the hotel also offers re-designed public spaces, including multi-functional spaces for guests and complimentary hot breakfast with complimentary beer and wine.

Noble made more than $3bn of investments throughout the US in primarily select service and extended stay hotels through its private equity real estate funds.
Residence Inn by Marriott has more than 600 properties in the US, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and Central America.
