The Bellevue Collection

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has signed an agreement to debut the W brand in Bellevue, Washington, US as part of the $1.2bn expansion of The Bellevue Collection, owned by Kemper Development (KDC).

Set for opening in spring 2017, the 245-room W Bellevue hotel will join W Seattle as the W brand’s second hotel in the Puget Sound area.

Located on Bellevue Way between NE 4th and NE 8th Street, the new hotel will feature more than 11,400ft² of meeting and event space, FIT workout facility, and three restaurants and bars.

Amenities also include an all-day dining restaurant, a destination bar on the ground floor and W Living Room on the second floor.

The property will be located next to the Westin Bellevue Hotel and connected through a sky bridge to the new 1.5 million ft² Lincoln Square Expansion slated for Bellevue Square.

The expansion will feature 710,000ft² of office space, 180,000ft² of retail, dining and entertainment space and 231 high-rise, rental residences.

W Bellevue’s Living Room offers various experiences for guests and features an outdoor terrace with modern porch swings and a pool table.
