Hotel operator Cycas Hospitality has opened a new 335-room dual-branded Marriott International property in Paris, France.

The new dual-brand hotel, Residence Inn by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott, further strengthens Cycas’ presence in mainland Europe.

The complex is Cycas’s third Marriott dual-brand property in Europe and second double-decker hotel in Paris.

Courtyard by Marriott hotel comprises of 229-room, while Residence Inn by Marriott is a 106-suite aparthotel.

Together, the hotels provide a mix of different room styles including 46 twin rooms by Courtyard, 16 one-bedroom suites and 90 self-contained studios by Residence Inn.

The two brands also feature fully equipped kitchens and a self-service laundry.

Being a dual-brand property, the hotel will allow guests to enjoy shared facilities, such as seven meeting spaces, a contemporary kitchen and bar with all-day dining facility and a 24-hour fitness studio.

Besides, the hotel includes an underground parking area with four electric charging points, which can accommodate around 50 cars.

Cycas Hospitality France operations vice-president Luc Vicherd said: “We are delighted to have opened our first hotels in France with Marriott International and proud to now manage two double-decker hotels on the doorstep of one of Europe’s busiest airports, including Marriott’s very first dual-brand in France.

“Our experience in the area has shown us that travellers and corporate bookers increasingly welcome more flexible accommodation options.”

The hospitality company has opened the new hotel under a long-term lease agreement with airport specialists Groupe ADP.

The agreement also marks Groupe ADP’s first owned hotel and the first collaboration with Cycas.

Cycas has acquired or opened more than 17 hotels across six countries in Europe in the past 18 months, expanding its portfolio to 30 properties.

Currently, the company is managing around 760 rooms across four hotels at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Last year, Cycas opened a new hotel in London.
