Besides, the hotel includes an underground parking area with four electric charging points, which can accommodate around 50 cars.

Cycas Hospitality France operations vice-president Luc Vicherd said: “We are delighted to have opened our first hotels in France with Marriott International and proud to now manage two double-decker hotels on the doorstep of one of Europe’s busiest airports, including Marriott’s very first dual-brand in France.

“Our experience in the area has shown us that travellers and corporate bookers increasingly welcome more flexible accommodation options.”

The hospitality company has opened the new hotel under a long-term lease agreement with airport specialists Groupe ADP.

The agreement also marks Groupe ADP’s first owned hotel and the first collaboration with Cycas.

Cycas has acquired or opened more than 17 hotels across six countries in Europe in the past 18 months, expanding its portfolio to 30 properties.

Currently, the company is managing around 760 rooms across four hotels at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Last year, Cycas opened a new hotel in London.
