Dalata, in partnership with Zien Group and Hard Rock Hotels, has initiated the process of incorporating American Hotel Exploitatie into the Dalata Hotel Group.

The deal is expected to be completed in early October, following which Dalata will assume control of the hotel and rebrand it as Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American.

This hotel marks Dalata’s debut in the Netherlands and its second property in continental Europe.

Situated in the centre of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, the four-star hotel boasts 173 rooms.

It also features a ground-floor GMT+1 lobby and an on-site restaurant called Café Americain, as well as Bar Americain, which serves a selection of cocktails.

In June this year, Dalata Hotel Group signed an agreement with Apex Hotels to acquire the long leasehold interest in the Apex Hotel London Wall.
