De Historiske purchasing manager Harald Berger said: “Integrating Gympak’s wellness bags into our hotels is a way to deepen our commitment to guest health and experience.

“Our guests come from all over the world, and this agreement helps us meet their needs in a sustainable and inspiring way.”

De Historiske’s properties include boutique hotels with a smaller number of rooms, as well as larger destinations.

The partnership is a component of a broader strategy to enhance guests’ well-being.

The first De Historiske hotel to introduce Gympak’s products is Nermo Hotel in Øyer, known for its family-run hospitality.

Guests at participating hotels will now have access to Gympak’s wellness bag, a ready-to-use kit complete with training clothes, catering to a variety of activities from hiking to in-room relaxation.

For Gympak, this agreement represents a step in bringing their wellness offerings to Norway’s historic hotel locations.

Gympak CEO Jone Sølvik said: “De Historiske represents the best of Norwegian hospitality, and we are proud to contribute with our wellness bags.

“Together, we can elevate the hotel experience and show that health is an essential part of both travel and everyday life.”

The agreement follows a recent partnership announced last month, as Hotel Montagne in Sweden also invested in Gympak’s equipment to improve their fitness offerings for guests.

Similarly, Home Hotel Gabelshus in Oslo announced the inclusion of Gympak wellness solutions, reaffirming the growing emphasis on modern hospitality and guest wellness in the region.
