Hilton has signed an agreement with Sayacorp Hospitality, the hospitality management subsidiary of Sayacorp Aqar and Sayacorp, to launch Sushisamba in Bahrain.
Expected to open later this year, the restaurant brand at the upcoming Conrad Residences Bahrain Financial Harbour marks its debut in the country.
Hilton food and beverage strategy and development EMEA vice-president Emma Banks said: “The signing of Sushisamba in partnership with Sayacorp Hospitality, marks Hilton’s second Sushisamba restaurant in the region after Sushisamba Doha.
“Part of the upcoming Conrad Residences Bahrain Financial Harbour in downtown Bahrain, we are excited to see the restaurant deliver the highest standards of hospitality, lifestyle and culinary experiences as part of this globally renowned brand.”
Hilton currently operates two hotels in Bahrain: Hilton Bahrain and Hilton Garden Inn Bahrain Bay and hopes to open additional properties, including Conrad Residences Bahrain Financial Harbour and Hilton Manama City Centre Residences.

The recently opened location will join the brand’s other locations in Dubai, Doha, London and Las Vegas.
