Global consulting company HVS’s Hotel Management division has been chosen to operate a yet-to-be-built property, Wyndham Garden, in Forest Park, Georgia.
The new property will be situated nearly five miles from the Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Construction of the hotel is anticipated to commence before the end of this year and its completion in early 2025.
HVS Hotel Management and HVS Asset Management and Advisory chief operating officer Neil Flavin said: “This is an exciting project and we look forward to being part of every phase of development.
“We will be providing technical and pre-opening services in the year prior to opening and will manage the operation once the property is open.”

By GlobalDataEarlier this month, the company’s brokerage and advisory division concluded the sale of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Galveston Island in the US state of Texas.
PWZ Capital Group acquired the hotel, which was constructed in 2008, from Omkar Group Galveston.
Located at 6303 Broadway Street, Galveston, the Springhill Suites by Marriott hotel features 74 rooms, a fitness centre, an indoor pool and meeting spaces.
It is located in close proximity to many tourism and leisure attractions, including beaches, Galveston Island Convention Center, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Galveston Island Waterpark, Port of Galveston Cruise Terminal and Pleasure Pier.
