Hyatt Hotels has announced that its affiliate has signed franchise agreement with Story Hotels Holding to bring three Story hotels in Sweden under the JDV Hotel brand.
The three boutique hotels include Story Hotel Riddargatan and Story Hotel Signalfabriken in Stockholm, and Story Hotel Studio Malmö in Sweden.

The company said that the Story Hotel Studio Malmö will mark the debut of its JDV Hotel brand in Europe.
The Story Hotel Riddargatan in Stockholm will be an 83-room property and is claimed to be one of Stockholm’s original boutique hotels.
Centrally located in the Östermalm area, it will have an industrial design to represent the building’s former life as an apartment complex, barber shop and garage.
With easy access to restaurants, cafés and bars, Story Hotel Riddargatan will include a restaurant, Ling Long, one indoor as well as an outdoor bar.

Situated on the top floors of a high-rise building, Story Hotel Studio Malmö will include 95 guestrooms with creative and playful designs to reflect the young and vibrant population of the city.
Offering spectacular views of the city and water, the hotel is part of the mixed-use STUDIO building that also houses conference and meeting facilities, corporate offices, retail outlets, several restaurants and a café.
Hyatt said that the three new hotels are scheduled to be available for reservation through its booking channels and for World of Hyatt members for stays starting from 15 April this year.
