The hotel has 146 rooms, a 327m2 banquet space, Jiva Spa situated on the rooftop, and a Rooftop Bar & Lounge.

Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe boasts an all-day dining restaurant Mynt, serving a range local and global cuisine; and Swirl, a patisserie and delicatessen space, as well as a resto-bar Wink, featuring alfresco seating.

IHCL managing director and chief executive officer Puneet Chhatwal said: “This opening is in line with IHCL’s strategy of strengthening our domestic presence in key cities.

“Located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Navi Mumbai is a major commercial, educational, sports and entertainment centre. We look forward to making the hotel a part of the city’s rapid evolution.”

Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe offers panoramic views of the Arabian Sea and is situated near to IT corporate parks, entertainment venues and arenas.

The hotel is suitable for both leisure and business travellers.

Vivanta Navi Mumbai, Turbhe general manager Vikas Parimoo said: “I look forward to welcoming guests to the city’s new address.”

The hotel marks the first Vivanta in Navi Mumbai and the 12th property for IHCL in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), including three under development.

Last month, IHCL announced the signing of SeleQtions resort, a 24-room resort is located at the foothills of the Himalayas in the Tehri Garhwal region of Uttarakhand state, India.

The company also unveiled new SeleQtions brand hotel in Kolkata, West Bengal in January this year.
