Southern California-based JC Resorts has deployed hospitality technology provider Sonifi Solutions’ in-room guest engagement technology at two of its properties.
The properties are Surf & Sand Resort in Laguna Beach and Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, US.

JC Resorts aims to use Sonifi’s technology to streamline operations and promote resort services, while also generating additional revenue channels.
Both companies describe the partnership as an effort to meet the expectations of modern travellers by integrating digital convenience within the hospitality experience.
The collaboration marks an expansion of JC Resorts’ approach to guest service, using technology to address evolving preferences in the luxury hospitality sector, said Sonifi.

Sonifi’s interactive television system also enables guests to access live television programming, stream content via various applications, and view on-demand movies and wellness material directly in their rooms.
In addition to entertainment, the system provides information about the resorts’ dining venues, spa services, and facilities through custom-branded menus and promotional displays.
Guests can use the interface to make reservations and explore on-site offerings without leaving their rooms, stated Sonifi.

In April 2025, Sonifi declared that its SORA interactive platform for hospitality is now accessible through the Oracle Cloud Marketplace.
