Lemon Tree Hotels has announced plans to open a hotel in Bengaluru, the capital city of the Indian state of Karnataka, The Economic Times has reported.
The hotel will be named Peninsula Suites and is expected to become operational by October 2023.
It will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary and the management unit of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The property is located at Whitefield, which is Bengaluru’s first tech corridor that is linked by Namma Metro service.
Aimed at extended stays, the hotel will feature 88 rooms and suites, a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, meeting rooms, a fitness centre as well as other public areas.
The hotel is approximately 37km from the Bengaluru Airport and 23km from the railway station. It is also well connected by both public and private transport from all key cities of India.

Ltd., a group company of the Vaswani Group.
“We already have six operational hotels in the state out of which five are in Bengaluru and one in Coorg. We have one more upcoming in Hubli and now another in Bengaluru itself. We want to offer diverse brands and operate hotels at different locations to fully tap into the immense potential that the city holds out.
“We plan on signing and opening more hotels to enhance our offerings to our guests as well as owners and partners in tourism and hospitality.”
