
The Mayo Hotel in Tulsa, Oklahoma, has teamed up with industry cloud company Infor to streamline operations and improve the overall guest experience.
The hospitality group selected multiple Infor platforms including cloud-based Infor HMS and Infor SCS Sales and Event Management.
The tech vendor claims that its solutions will help the hotel to adapt to the current and future hospitality challenges as well as to support the brand’s expansion plans.
This collaboration will offer the Mayo Hotel access to modern technology tools to augment the guest experience.
The Infor HMS hospitality management system will enable the hotel teams to manage the front office as well as reservations for accounting and sales in a single application.
Infor also claims that, with a unified view of business performance, managers will have better visibility into how decisions impact multiple departments.
