Capital Resorts Group, a vacation ownership and full-service management company, will open its newest Capital Resorts Club destination, Waterside Resort in Edenton, North Carolina, in the spring of 2015.
The resort will be located on the scenic Albemarle Sound in a private community.
Guests will be able to stay in deluxe condominium-style residences, Coastal Carolina cottages, or at a luxury RV park while vacationing at Waterside Resort.
The residences at the resort will offer spacious two and three-bedroom suites featuring living rooms, dining rooms, full kitchens with state-of-the-art appliances, and balconies.
The Coastal Carolina cottages, which are scheduled to be constructed in the coming months, include plans for two, three and four-bedroom houses, enhanced with outdoor courtyards, gardens, fire pits and longue areas.
The resort will also feature luxury RV pads that will include full outdoor kitchens, grilling areas and fire pits, with the presidential pads to also include private hot tubs.
The company noted that Waterside Resort will be enhanced by amenities from Capital Resorts Distinct Differences initiative, which includes Samsung Smart TVs, Bose sound systems, luxury bedding and linens, deluxe Italian toiletries and a speciality coffee display.
Capital Resorts Group chief hospitality officer David DeShaw said: "Waterside Resort offers an ideal location in Edenton, close to the beautiful inner-bank beaches and many exciting activities.
