An affiliate of Hyatt Hotels has signed a management agreement with CTF BM Operations for the operation of Grand Hyatt Baha Mar in Bahamas.

As part of the agreement, Hyatt will also manage the Baha Mar Convention Center and several restaurants, bars and lounges, which will be part of the mixed-use Baha Mar Resort on New Providence Island.

The 1,800-room Grand Hyatt Baha Mar will feature three on-site restaurants, including a 200-seat main restaurant, a pool bar and grill and a jazz-themed lounge.

The Baha Mar Resort is set to open in phases, while initial operations at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar are expected to begin next month.
