Kerzner International Holdings has collaborated with BK Partners to develop and operate two new One&Only resorts on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

Situated around 50km north of Puerto Vallarta’s airport, One&Only Mandarina is being developed to include 145 luxurious villas and private residential estates, in addition to farm-to-table dining and original retail options.

The new resort will feature ocean cliff villas, tree house villas and mountain villas, as well as private cabanas, poolside cafe and lounge.

The property will also feature One&Only spa, fitness centre and conference centre for corporate meetings and retreats.

One&Only Santa Maria de Xala will be a 1,200ha development, located around 100km south of Puerto Vallarta’s international airport. The hacienda resort will include about 8km of beachfront, and offer around 75 luxury villas and suites with private pools.

Including a One&Only residential component, the resort will feature One&Only spa, fitness centre, and event and meeting space.
