Hotel investment and management platforms Peachtree Hotel Group (PHG) has formed a strategic partnership with family-owned Zenique Hotels.

As part of this partnership, PHG’s operational division Peachtree Hospitality Management (PHM) will manage all four hotels under Zenique’s existing portfolio in the US.

The four hotels include 45-room La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Jose Airport, 127-room Aloft Dublin-Pleasanton, 95-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites Modesto-Salida and 67-room Baymont by Wyndham Modesto Salida.

Under the terms of the agreement, PHM will also operate all Zenique’s future hotels.

Peachtree’s current portfolio comprises of 160 hotels.
