
Preferred Hotels & Resorts has introduced a new Travel Advisor Portal to provide travel agents with tools and resources for managing bookings and enhancing client experiences at more than 600 luxury independent properties worldwide.
The Travel Advisor Portal by Preferred Hotels & Resorts offers travel professionals a unified solution for accessing a curated selection of luxury hotels, making and managing reservations, and tracking commissions.
It provides priority access to exclusive offers, and promotions, alongside detailed performance metrics and industry insights.

Agents using the Travel Advisor Portal can access personalised booking confirmations and information on guest amenities, as well as track active and past reservations.
The “My Insights” section delivers statistics on bookings, revenue, and room nights while a knowledge base section educates advisers on the brand’s luxury properties and the I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty programme.
The portal also features resources on Preferred Travel Group’s sustainability efforts.
For Preferred Platinum agents, a search page and Small Social Group Requests programme managed through the VIP Desk offer additional benefits, including immediate confirmation of availability for small group bookings.
Moreover, travel advisers can continue to book stays through Global Distribution Systems (GDS) using the “PH” and “PV” chain codes.
