The Leading Hotels of the World (LHW), which is a collection of over 400 independent hotels across more than 80 countries, has selected US-based ROH as its payments platform provider.
The collaboration is part of LHW’s Leading Strategic Sourcing (LSS) programme, which is intended to support financial operations for its member hotels.

Speaheaded by LHW and DayBlink GPO, the programme provides a group purchasing option to LHW’s member hotels WORLDWIDE.
The programme supports members by enabling them to tap into new demand and providing access to sales, marketing, and technology solutions. This empowerment aims to enhance their success and deliver value to hotels across other strategically significant categories.
LHW information technology senior vice-president Michael Lederman said: “At The Leading Hotels of the World, we are committed to equipping our member hotels with innovative solutions that strengthen their businesses and deliver long-term value.
“Through the LSS programme, we are bringing some of the most advanced hospitality technologies directly into the hands of our independent hoteliers. By partnering with ROH, we are offering our members access to a platform that simplifies financial processes, improves efficiency and helps them stay agile, efficient and focused on delivering exceptional, personalised service.”
Currently implemented in five LHW properties, ROH allows hotel teams to automate workflows across various business areas such as group sales, events, corporate travel, and leisure, replacing traditional manual processes.

ROH stated that with its payment solution accessible to all members, each LHW property can handle payments in a manner that aligns with their operational objectives.
ROH CEO and founder Jess Conroy said: “As the business of hotels continues to evolve, the greatest opportunities for innovation lie in often overlooked, unglamorous places—like payments. While solutions to improve the guest experience are abundant, systems to support revenue and reconciliation remain largely unchanged.
“Today, hotel teams are stretched thin and under constant pressure to do more with less. Payments—which encompass much more than just the moment a card is keyed in—can be a growth lever, not a bottleneck. At ROH, we’ve built a platform that eases processes, strengthens compliance and brings financial clarity across departments and hotel portfolios. We’re honoured to partner with LHW and appreciate the trust they’ve placed in ROH to deliver for their exceptional portfolio that sets the standard in independent luxury hotels.”
In March 2024, LHW selected dailypoint as its preferred customer relationship management (CRM) and data management provider.
