Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) has selected dailypoint as its preferred customer relationship management (CRM) and data management provider.  

LHW is a collection of independent luxury hotels, with a portfolio of more than 400 member hotels across more than 80 countries.  

dailypoint gathers data from various sources, including property management systems, point of sale, websites, newsletters, and Wi-Fi to compile a centralised guest profile. 

The latest partnership aligns with the company’s digital transformation goals. 

dailypoint has joined LHW’s Leading Strategic Sourcing (LSS) programme, led by LHW and DayBlink GPO. 

This programme is designed to offer strategic group purchasing options for LHW’s global network of independent hotels.
