The brand intends to double its portfolio with the upcoming and recent additions in Nashville, New Orleans, Philadelphia and British Columbia.

Slated to open next year, the 64-room hotel development is a franchise agreement between Hyatt affiliate and PNK Group, a subsidiary of S3D Partner.

Located near the Hollywood Palladium theatre, the new property will be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

With 39 guest rooms and 24 suites, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand will feature a variety of food and beverage options, which include a ground-level restaurant, street-front lounge, rooftop pool deck and lounge.

As part of the expansion strategy in North America, the brand has opened two new hotels Holston House in Nashville, Tennessee, and Spirit Ridge resort in Osoyoos, British Columbia, last year.

Later this year, the brand intends to open two more hotels Eliza Jane hotel in New Orleans and The Bellevue Hotel in Philadelphia.

These properties add to the existing five distinct properties, which include The Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas, The Royal Palms in Phoenix, The Confidante in Miami Beach, Florida, Hotel Du Louvre in Paris, France and Carmelo Resort & Spa in Uruguay.

With 13 brands, the company’s portfolio includes 739 properties in 57 countries.
