The emerging Iran peace deal has boosted investor confidence, with hotels expected to benefit if regional stability holds.
The new property is operated by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Each unit includes a separate lounge area with a sofa bed, a private bedroom, and a wet bar with a microwave and mini fridge.
As competition for direct bookings grows, hotels must balance OTA visibility with a seamless direct booking experience.
The property is located close to corporate offices, transport connections, shopping areas, restaurants and lifestyle venues.
The new deals cover 16 hotel properties in nine US locations.
Slated to open in 2029, the new hotel is planned to feature 232 rooms.
