Accor debuts Novotel brand in Agra, India

Set to open in 2029, Novotel Agra Fatehabad Road will feature 275 rooms.

France-headquartered hospitality group Accor has signed Novotel Agra Fatehabad Road, further extending its footprint in India.

Marking the debut of the Novotel brand in Agra, the 275-room hotel is slated to open its doors in 2029 and is designed to accommodate both families and business visitors.

Covering an area of 13,000m², the hotel offers a variety of dining options and banqueting facilities with 2,000m² of adaptable space for both social gatherings and corporate functions.

For relaxation and wellness, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and parking facilities.

The project is led by Crystal Vista Ventures, with Laxman Das Goyal at the helm.

The Goyal family has a presence in the hospitality industry, with ventures such as Grand Mercure Agra and Crystal Inn Agra.

With a portfolio of over 590 hotels in 65 countries and more than 160 properties in the pipeline, Novotel is committed to promoting balanced living.

The brand, being a component of the Positive Impact Plan, aims to reduce its environmental impact and has partnered with the World Wildlife Fund for Nature (WWF) on ocean conservation efforts.

This year, Novotel announced a three-year collaboration with the WWF to support the protection and restoration of global oceans.
