Dubai-based Aleph Hospitality has signed a hotel management agreement with Grand Iva to operate the Grand Iva Hotel in Abha, Saudi Arabia.

The newly built property is scheduled to open on 1 January 2026 and will comprise 102 rooms.

Aleph Hospitality is in discussions with hotel brands to secure international branding for the property ahead of its launch.

Grand Iva Hotel is located near King Khaled University, government offices, and major commercial zones, offering access to significant city landmarks.

It is situated about 15 minutes by car from Abha International Airport and approximately ten minutes from the city centre.

Facilities at the hotel will include a restaurant, a lobby café, conference and meeting spaces, a business centre, gymnasium, sauna, and spa services.

Grand Iva Hotel owner Saeed Hader Al-Adhadi said: “We are delighted to entrust Aleph Hospitality with the management of the Grand Iva Hotel in Abha. The team brings a wealth of local and regional experience to the property, and we look forward to a successful partnership and opening early next year.”

This agreement marks Aleph Hospitality’s third operational hotel in Saudi Arabia, joining its existing managed properties, Diyar Al Khalidiya hotel in Makkah and Four Points by Sheraton Jeddah.

Aleph Hospitality Saudi Arabia vice-president Tariq Dowidar said: “We are very excited to partner with Grand Iva Corporation and have already started the pre-opening activities for the Grand Iva Hotel.

“We look forward to welcoming the first guests to Abha early next year and are committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience, as well as strong returns for our owners.”

The addition of the Grand Iva Hotel increases Aleph Hospitality’s presence in Saudi Arabia, contributing to its broader regional portfolio of 11 hotels across the Middle East and Africa as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.

Aleph Hospitality recently outlined its intention to oversee 100 hotels by late 2029 as part of its growth strategy. This target was shared after the company reached its earlier goal of operating 50 hotels by this year.
