AI-powered Internet of Things (IoT) solutions provider Anacove and LG Electronics have partnered to help hoteliers enhance the efficiency of their hotel operations.

Anacove is integrating its IoT devices onto the LG Pro:Centric platform to transform LG hotel TVs into intelligent operational hubs for managing energy, detecting water leaks, ensuring safety, and tracking assets in real-time.

The LG Pro:Centric platform is engineered to support an array of third-party services, including Anacove, which function directly through the TV interface.

Following LG's approval, these services can function autonomously yet in synergy, presenting new prospects for reducing expenses, enhancing guest interaction, and simplifying operations.

Integrated with HVAC systems, Anacove's smart thermostats utilise sensors and AI to track various environmental factors, optimising energy use based on each room's unique thermal behaviour.

The toilet leak detectors reduce water waste and prevent guest disruption by using AI analytics to identify and diagnose leaks early.

The asset trackers monitor the location of items such as rollaway beds and luggage carts, streamlining item retrieval and lessening loss. The staff safety devices also offer emergency alert capabilities for personnel.

All Anacove devices are connected to its AI-driven cloud system, making the hotel a unified ecosystem.
