Choice Hotel International’s Ascend Collection has announced the opening of The Harrison Hotel in Downtown Hollywood, Florida, and The Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls, New York, US.
With the latest openings, the brand has exceeded its 500th property milestone.
The Harrison Hotel is a newly renovated 95-room boutique property. It offers guests amenities such as an outdoor pool, complimentary Wi-Fi and a fitness centre. The hotel also provides 2,500ft² of meeting space and free airport transportation.
Its central location gives access to Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, and Port Miami.
The 48-room Gould Hotel is located in New York’s Finger Lakes region and is adjacent to the Women’s Rights National Historical Park and situated near local shops and museums.
Amenities at the hotel include complimentary breakfast and access to a fitness centre.

As of 2 March, Ascend Collection has a pipeline of 70 properties in key US and international markets. Upcoming locations include Miami, Florida; Anaheim California; and Flagstaff, Arizona, with its expansion continuing alongside Choice Hotels' upper upscale soft brand, Radisson Individuals.
Recent international achievements include entering Poland with its first property; adding six new properties in Québec, Canada; debuting soon in Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve; opening the first property in Chile; and a long-term agreement with SSAW Hotels & Resorts in China set to add more than 9,500 rooms.
