Buffalo Lodging Associates has announced the refurbished Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Henrietta in New York, US.

The four-storey hotel now offers 139 suites and includes new carpeting, updated wall coverings, contemporary furnishings, and refreshed artwork.

Residence Inn Rochester Henrietta general manager Matt Kasperski said: “We’re really excited to share our updated look with guests.

“It’s important for us to invest in the property so we can continue to offer a comfortable, welcoming space, especially for guests staying a few nights or longer. With fresh, modern updates throughout, we’ve created an environment where you can truly settle in, whether you’re here for business, pleasure, or an extended visit.”

Situated seven miles from Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport, the hotel's location offers proximity to the University of Rochester and Tim Hortons Regional Iceplex.

Guest amenities include a fully equipped kitchen in each suite, a smart TV with streaming services, a sleeper sofa, and separate areas for dining, sleeping, and unwinding.

The pet-friendly hotel also offers a 24-hour fitness centre, an outdoor firepit, and an indoor heated pool.

Buffalo Lodging Associates manages a diverse portfolio of hotels across several US states, including Connecticut, New York, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, and Rhode Island.

Earlier this year, the company announced the completion of a comprehensive renovation of the Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando – UCF Area in Florida, US.
