Choice Hotels has announced a groundbreaking of Everhome Suites in Clarksville, Tennessee, and the opening of two new Everhome Suites in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Cheyenne, Wyoming.

This expansion caters to the increasing demand for extended stay accommodations and aligns with the company's focus on high-growth areas.

Choice Hotels currently has seven Everhome Suites open, with more than 20 under construction, nearly 30 expected to open by the end of 2025, and more than 65 in development.

Everhome Suites Fayetteville, featuring 114 rooms, is positioned near transport links and the main entrance of Fort Liberty, addressing the needs of the defense, industrial, and healthcare sectors in the area.

Similarly, Everhome Suites Cheyenne offers 114 rooms and benefits from its proximity to Francis Warren Air Force Base, manufacturing employers, and medical facilities.

The planned Everhome Suites Clarksville, with 115 rooms, will serve the city's industrial sector and local economy, including manufacturing facilities, a state university, and a military installation.

Everhome Suites are designed to provide guests with the comforts, featuring fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, and local touches.

The brand also provides amenities such as weekly housekeeping, free WiFi, and pet-friendly options.

All three new hotels are developed in collaboration with Highside Companies.

The collaboration between Choice and Highside has resulted in four open Everhome Suites and 13 under construction.
