Crescent Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to oversee the NH Collection New York Madison Avenue hotel in New York City, US.

The company is known for managing upper-upscale and luxury hotels.

The NH Collection New York Madison Avenue is housed in a restored early 20th-century Renaissance Revival building that was a former college residence.

Its strategic location provides guests with views of the Empire State Building and convenient access to Grand Central Station, Bryant Park, and Fifth Avenue's renowned shopping district.

The property offers 288 guest rooms and suites, many featuring views of the skyline.

Amenities at the property include a fully equipped fitness centre and several dining options.

The hotel’s interior design is a homage to the Golden Age of Advertising of the 1950s, featuring mid-century-inspired furnishings, retro radios and record players, teal leather couches, and black-and-white photography.

Crescent Hotels & Resorts operates more than 120 properties across the US and Canada, including those under the Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt brand families.

The company also manages a variety of lifestyle and independent properties under its Latitudes Collection.
